Entry-Level ABA Therapist (Paid Training)
Behavioral Transformations – East of Dallas, TX

Description:
Behavioral Transformations is seeking Entry-Level ABA Therapists who are passionate about working with children diagnosed with autism or other developmental disabilities. No prior experience in ABA required — we provide 100% paid training to help you earn your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification and start a rewarding career.
You'll work 1:1 with children to teach communication, daily living, and social skills using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies. Most therapy is delivered in our clinics, with occasional in-home or community-based sessions.
Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a clinic-based setting
Implement treatment plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
Collect data on client progress and behavior
Support daily living, communication, and social skills goals
Communicate session updates to parents and the supervisory team
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Attend required training and staff meetings
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Passion for working with children and learning about autism
Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
Ability to lift 20+ lbs. and perform physical tasks (kneeling, squatting, reaching, etc.)
Flexible, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
