About the Role:

Join Clear Lake Endodontics as a Front Desk Receptionist in Webster, TX, where you will be the friendly face and voice of our practice. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a welcoming environment while supporting our dedicated dental team.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients as they arrive at the office.
• Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized calendar.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
• Process patient registration and insurance information efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
• Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Handle billing and payment transactions accurately.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support office operations.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using office equipment and software.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Friendly demeanor and a passion for providing excellent patient care.
• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus.
