Manager, HR - Data Science & Continuous Improvement
- Develop scalable data products and repeatable analysis pipelines; improve data
quality, governance, and documentation. - Lead continuous improvement initiatives that streamline HR analytics processes, reduce cycle time, and improve accuracy and stakeholder experience.
- Create clear leader-ready narratives, dashboards, and visualizations that connect insights to business actions and outcomes.
- Manage intake and prioritization of ad-hoc requests and strategic projects; set timelines, allocate resources, and track delivery.
- Coach and develop a team of data scientists
- Bachelor's degree in data science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in analytics, data science, or quantitative consulting, including delivering insights to senior leaders.
- 3+ years of people leadership experience
- Experience in People Analytics, HR analytics, or workforce planning within a large/complex organization.
- Experience and understanding of Workday
- Proficiency in Python for analysis and modeling
