Sales Support Associate Houston

Location: Remote, preference for candidates located in Houston.

Qualifications

• 2‑4+ years of experience in sales support, sales administration, sales operations, business operations, or a similar role.
• 1+ year of client‑facing experience, with the ability to engage with clients and prospects to deliver exceptional service with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field are preferred).
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and DocuSign.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effortlessly while maintaining keen attention to detail.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills paired with a polished and professional presence that leaves a lasting impression.
• A self‑motivated innovator who thrives in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment and is eager to make an impactful contribution to the Sales organization.

Responsibilities

• Keep Salesforce records, client databases, and sales reports meticulously up-to-date, ensuring data accuracy and clear visibility for informed decision-making.
• Provide essential daily support to the Sales team, expertly managing meeting schedules, calendars, and preparing compelling sales materials that drive results.
• Nurture leads by proactively following up with potential clients through phone, email, and CRM tools, maintaining momentum and building strong relationships.
• Assist in preparing proposals, client presentations, and sales collateral that showcase Onshore’s value.
• Monitor sales metrics, generate insightful performance reports, and support forecasting to keep leadership informed.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally across the organization and constantly seek innovative ways to improve processes, tools, and workflows to drive efficiency and empower the Sales team to succeed.
