Our Account Manager Internal Sales Representatives are individuals with the vision and dedication to provide world-class customer service to our dealer partners through training and prospecting for business opportunities. The Account Manager Internal Sales Representative position offers a highly incentivized performance-based compensation package. A motivated and driven individual can earn up to and beyond a six-figure income.

Our Account managers create and nurture ongoing relationship contacts with our number one customer our dealers. Your objective is to increase the number of deals funded by partnering with nationwide dealers who will be a good fit. Your ability to identify, onboard, and manage growth with dealers around the US from our headquarters office locations.

Being in a fast-paced environment, this role requires a consultative sales and management approach. Each Account Manager will manage their own dealer base to understand the Westlake Program so they can grow and succeed.

New Hire training is provided to ensure your success in your new role. This training will prepare and provide you with proper knowledge and skills to perform the role successfully. Present and communicate company products and services to all levels of management within Independent and Franchise Dealerships. Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts assigned to you. Follow-up on new CRM generated leads and referrals resulting from telephone calls to Independent and Franchise Dealerships. Develop, maintain and grow current and potential dealer partners within the Independent and Franchise Dealer communities. Constant and effective communication via phone, email and video meetings with dealer partners to train on current programs and fast funding requirements. Provide solutions, rehash and restructure vehicle loans for approval in a profitable manner for Westlake and the Dealership Partners.

Demonstrated experience in Automotive, Finance and Sales (preferred). 1-2 year's previous experience in a Sales role with a proven track record of success. High School Diploma required. College degree (preferred or equivalent work experience). Strong knowledge of warm calling, appointment setting, and sales techniques. Clear and effective presentation skills. Strong Interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques. Strong computer skills, telephone management, and adaptability to new technology. Goal oriented with a desire for improvement and advancement. Able to communicate and work amicably with diverse teams.

Self-determined, performance-based compensation package. No limit on commissions. 6 month compensation guarantee of $5,000.00 monthly. Average rep earnings after 1 year - $160,000.00. Average earnings of the top 25% reps - $245,000.00. Average earnings of the top 50 reps - $305,000.00. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire and will be dependent on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, skill set, experience, education, credentials, and licensure when applicable.
