Responsible for providing analytical and specialized administrative support to relieve and assist executive, administrative, line, and staff managers of complex details and advanced administrative duties. Executes special or continuous research and data analysis tasks. Analyzes problems, determines approach, compiles and analyzes data and prepares reports and recommendations. Coordinate activities between departments and outside parties. Contacts company personnel at all organizational levels to gather information and prepare reports. Work is generally of a critical or confidential nature.

Principal Accountabilities ( The following is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed. It is not an exhaustive list of all expectations.) :

• Compile data and statistical information; develop reports and special projects as delegated by management
• Assist in coordinating planning activities within organization, including long range planning and strategic design
• Assist in preparation of budgets
• Maintain files and correspondence for management
• Schedule appointments and coordinate travel calendars for management
• Coordinate staff meetings and maintain conference room meeting schedule
• Review personnel forms from management for correctness and forwards to Human Resources
• Perform various secretarial duties as needed

Assignment Complexity - Work on assignments that are extremely complex in nature where independent action and a high degree of initiative are required in resolving problems and developing recommendations.

Accountability – Use ability as a skilled specialist to contribute in development of concepts and techniques, and to complete tasks in creative and effective ways.

Impact of Decisions – Errors detectable upon supervisory review. Moderate impact on corporate operations and fiscal health.

Working Relationships – Regularly interact with peers and management concerning matters of significantly complex scope and discretion.

Scope – Work on problems extremely complex in scope. Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments and may supervise the activities of other nonexempt personnel.

Essential Functions:

Must be able to pass any federal/state/local government, airport, or company-required background checks, clearances, and/or drug and alcohol tests.

Knowledge and Skills (The following minimum requirements are normal guidelines and should not constrain the advancement of otherwise qualified personnel) :
This is an Executive Assistant position. Solid interpersonal and analytical skills required. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent strongly preferred. Generally prefer 0-2 years of related experience.

For this position, the expected base pay is: $85,000 - $90,000/ Annual. Actual base compensation will be determined based on various factors including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.
