Logistics Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Logistics Sales Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for a range of tasks related to transportation logistics, client outreach, and inside sales activities, with a focus on business development and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out and develop new client relationships through targeted outreach efforts, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
- Understand customer business needs and craft a compelling value proposition to position All to Door's logistics and warehouse offerings as solutions to their challenges.
- Ability to connect with and coordinate between key customers and internal/external stakeholders to promote and expand business opportunities.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for existing clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
- Coordinate transportation logistics, including scheduling shipments, tracking deliveries, and resolving any transportation-related issues that may arise.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and presentations to potential clients, showcasing our company's capabilities and value proposition.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of client orders and deliveries.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of transportation logistics and supply chain operations is preferred.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
