Public Relations Coordinator

Location: Houston, TX (On-site – Must work from the office) Work Type: In-person (strictly on-site) We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Public Relations Coordinator to join our team, an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about communication and brand management. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our public image, generating positive media coverage, and enhancing our outreach efforts. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance brand visibility.
- Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
- Establish and maintain relationships with media contacts, influencers, and stakeholders.
- Monitor media coverage and compile reports to assess PR campaign effectiveness.
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, press conferences, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate responses to media inquiries and manage interview requests.
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in public relations or communications roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in media monitoring tools and PR management software.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
