Senior Product Manager
Description
THE ROLE:
ProbablyMonsters are seeking a passionate and strategic Senior P roduct Manager with a strong foundation in product management and a keen ability to translate data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will combine analytical rigor with a deep understanding of the video games industry, contributing to product strategy and production execution to deliver delightful player experiences .
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Collaborate with the GM on the product lifecycle from concept through rerelease, platform extensions, and sustain strategies.
- Develop data-driven insights, assess player feedback, and market research to inform product direction, measure success, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams inside ProbablyMonsters including marketing, publishing, and community to bring products to market successfully.
- Establish key product metrics, monitor KRs, and deliver clear reporting to stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and player preferences to inform product strategy and maintain competitive advantage.
- Support GM in efforts to prioritize features and product improvements to balance player experience, technical feasibility, and business outcomes, and collaborate closely with a Co-Dev Partner.
- Champion the voice of the player, ensuring that engagement, retention, and enjoyment remain central to decision-making.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Proven experience in product management, preferably within the video games industry.
- Strong analytical background with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and inform strategy.
- Solid understanding of product lifecycle management, from prototyping to post-launch live operations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to convey insights and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with key metrics in gaming (e.g., DAU/MAU, retention, monetization, player engagement).
- Knowledgeable about current trends, market shifts, and innovations in the video games industry.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment with multidisciplinary teams .
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience working on free-to-play, live service, or mobile/console/PC titles.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools and reporting .
- Passion for gaming and a strong understanding of player motivations and communities.

Compensation:
- This is a full-time, benefits-eligible, exempt (salaried) position.
- In addition to base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for additional incentives, such as short- and long-term incentives. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
