Job Description

We are seeking a proactive, data-driven Product Manager to lead the evolution of our proprietary digital ecosystem. You won't just manage a backlog; you will be the architect of our operational efficiency. You will serve as the strategic bridge between business vision and technical execution, ensuring every sprint delivers measurable ROI.

• Product Strategy & Vision: Architect and champion a high-impact product vision and a rolling three-to-six month strategic roadmap, ensuring every feature directly accelerates core business objectives.

• Stakeholder Partnership: Lead continuous discovery and workflow audits with internal stakeholders to uncover latent business challenges and translate complex operational needs into actionable product requirements.

• Value-Driven Prioritization: Rigorously prioritize the product backlog using data-informed frameworks to balance new feature development, technical debt, and system stability against quantifiable business value.

• Agile Execution & Delivery: Drive the end-to-end agile lifecycle, delivering high-precision user stories and acceptance criteria while serving as the decisive source of truth for the engineering team during sprint execution.

• Impact & Performance Analysis: Establish a robust analytics framework to track North Star metrics—including adoption rates and user sentiment—to quantify the realized ROI and operational efficiency gains.

• Product Enablement & Readiness: Orchestrate seamless internal launches by leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT), crafting clear stakeholder communications, and executing training programs that ensure rapid organizational adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years in PM or Product Owner roles, specifically within internal SaaS or Enterprise environments.

• Technical Fluency: You can effectively communicate with engineers regarding APIs, database constraints, and system architecture.

• Influence: Proven ability to manage vocal stakeholders and align them toward a unified product goal.

• Toolbox: Mastery of Jira/Confluence, or related product management tools, and a deep understanding of UI/UX principles within a design system.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS, or a related field (or equivalent hands on experience).
