We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will provide a warm welcome to all visitors, manage front desk operations efficiently, and support day-to-day administrative tasks with attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
Provide general administrative and clerical support
Assist with internal communication and office coordination
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree is a plus
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a front office role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional appearance and demeanor
