• Identify tools needed for different roof types before each job, to efficiently and properly install required fans.
• Experience installing 30 & 70 watt solar fans, and gable fans.
• Arrive at the jobsite on time, prepared, and communicate with appropriate staff upon arrival, completion, etc.
• Build and maintain strong industry relationships to assist in driving long-term business growth. What We’re Looking For: • Solar fan and gable fan installation experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Licensed, insured, company vehicle, tools. What We Offer:
