Electromechanical Maintenance Specialist

We have multiple openings in Tyler, TX for an Electromechanical Maintenance Specialist who thrives on solving problems and keeping operations running smoothly. If maintaining equipment across several trades energizes you, this role will put your skills to work every day.
A Day in the Life
You’ll begin by reviewing maintenance requests, then move between equipment checks, troubleshooting unexpected issues, and assisting with new installs. You document your work thoroughly, coordinate with teammates to keep the floor safe, and jump on priority calls as they come in.
Core Responsibilities
- Execute routine preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems.
- Diagnose faults through inspections and troubleshooting, and implement practical fixes.
- Assist with installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems as needed.
- Accurately document work performed, parts used, and findings.
- Partner with the team to maintain a safe, efficient work environment.
- Respond quickly to maintenance requests and emergency situations.
- Adhere to all applicable safety procedures and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade certification preferred.
- Hands-on maintenance experience with multi-trade capability across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Strong troubleshooting ability and keen attention to detail.
- Comfort working independently and collaboratively.
- Clear, professional communication skills.
- Flexibility to work varied hours and support on-call needs.
