Beverage Lead / Baristas / Bartenders
Coffee & Cocktails | Rosewood Social Club
Rosewood Social Club is opening this February in East Austin, and we re looking for a lead and supporting to help us build a neighborhood anchor.
Think high-standard coffee by day and social cocktails by night. We need a "hybrid" pro who is as comfortable dialing in an espresso at 8 AM as they are prepping house syrups or shaking a cocktail in the afternoon.
The Gig:
Run the Bar: Anchor the 5-day-a-week morning/afternoon shift and help us transition the vibe from coffee to bar service.
Build the Program: Work with us to refine the menu we re big on creative cold foams, house-made preps, and great spirits.
Keep it Tight: Manage the training, inventory, and the general "vibe" of the floor. We need someone vigilant who sees the details.
You:
You ve done the specialty coffee thing and the craft cocktail thing.
You re a self-starter who actually likes training people and talking to guests.
You know the Austin scene and want to be part of an opening team from day one.
