We are seeking a skilled Java Software Engineer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance and scalable applications using Java technologies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications and backend systems.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other developers to define technical requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
- Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of the development process.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Work within Agile/Scrum methodologies to meet sprint and release goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3–7 years of professional experience in Java software development.
- Strong proficiency in Core Java, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security).
- Experience with RESTful API development and Microservices architecture.
- Proficient in relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
- Hands-on experience with version control tools like Git.
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
