This role is ideal for recruiters with strong sourcing skills, professional communication abilities, and experience managing candidate pipelines.

## Responsibilities

* Source qualified software engineering candidates through:
* LinkedIn
* Job boards
* Professional networks
* Referrals
* Online communities and other recruiting channels
* Create and publish job postings when needed.
* Review resumes and LinkedIn profiles to identify qualified candidates.
* Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate:
* Communication skills
* Professional background and experience
* Resume quality and consistency
* Availability and notice period
* Compensation expectations
* Coordinate interviews between candidates and our hiring team.
* Maintain clear, respectful, and professional communication with candidates.
* Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

## US Talent Recruiting Experience

* **Experience recruiting and sourcing software engineering talent in the United States.**
* Strong understanding of the **US technology hiring market**, candidate expectations, compensation, and hiring practices.
* Experience recruiting for roles such as Software Engineer, Full-Stack Engineer, Backend Engineer, Frontend Engineer, AI/ML Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Cloud Engineer, and Data Engineer is preferred.

## Requirements

* Proven experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or candidate acquisition.
* Experience finding and engaging qualified technology professionals.
