Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Part-Time Customer Service Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, educating guests about our services, facilitating membership sign-ups, and assisting customers with our mobile app.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Educate guests on our range of car wash services, packages, and memberships.
• Actively promote and facilitate membership sign-ups, explaining the benefits and features.
• Provide guidance and support to customers in utilizing our mobile app for convenient service access.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the customer service area.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak volume hours.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
• Ability to learn and effectively communicate technical information about car wash services and membership options.
• Comfortable using mobile devices and applications.
• Reliable and punctual, with the flexibility to work weekends and during peak volume hours (10:00 AM - 6:00 PM).
• Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required.
