Sodexo Live! is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Stock Receiver who plays a critical behind-the-scenes role in ensuring the lounge operates efficiently and remains fully stocked to support a luxury guest experience.

This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in organization, accuracy, and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality environment.

What You Will Do:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries for accuracy and quality.
• Ensure all products are properly labeled, stored, and rotated in accordance with FIFO standards.
• Maintain organized storage areas including dry storage, refrigeration, and freezer spaces.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or discrepancies to leadership.
• Support the distribution of products to culinary and front-of-house teams as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all receiving and storage areas.
• Ensure all deliveries comply with safety, sanitation, and TSA regulations.
• Assist with inventory counts and documentation to maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and lounge teams to ensure seamless operational flow.
• Follow all Sodexo Live! and Chase Sapphire Lounge standards for safety and quality.

What We Are Looking For:

• Previous experience in receiving, stock, inventory, or warehouse roles preferred, ideally within hospitality, food and beverage, or airport environments.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
• Basic knowledge of inventory systems and product handling procedures preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and able to follow procedures with accuracy.
• Professional attitude with a commitment to supporting a premium guest experience behind the scenes.
