Specialist, HRBP
- Working at our Office and Distribution Center. Experience in a distribution environment preferable.
- Canadian Labor law knowledge required
- Experience leading and influencing a team with common or shared goal, providing direction and coaching for performance and development. Ability to leverage strong interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations at varying levels of the organization, including but not limited to Senior Leadership.
- Promoting a culture of safety across the distribution center.
- Administering compensation and benefit plans
- Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Handling administrative tasks and conducting employee onboarding and new hire orientation
- Helping plan training & development initiatives
- Promoting HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Assisting in the reviewing, developing, updating and implementation of human resource policies
- Supporting the performance management and evaluation process
- Gathering, analyzing, and reporting data with useful HR metrics
- Using HRIS software, maintain employee files and records in electronic and/or paper form
- Enhancing job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and
- Ensuring compliance with labor law regulations by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements
- Updating job requirements and job descriptions for all YNA positions
- Conducting and analyzing exit interviews
- Arrange seminars, workshops, and conferences based on each department’s needs
- Coordinate associate appreciation events to advance business and operational goals and execute within budgetary guidelines.
