Responsibilities
As a Pediatric Private Duty Nurse, you will:
- Deliver skilled nursing care according to the physician's plan of care
- Accurately document care through real-time charting
- Administer medications, tube feedings, treatments, and other prescribed interventions
- Monitor patient status and communicate changes appropriately
- Develop compassionate, professional relationships with patients and their families
- Collaborate with clinical leadership to support patient assessments and care coordination
- Deliver high-quality, family-centered care in the comfort of the patient's home
Qualifications
- Current Texas LVN or RN license
- Current CPR Certification
- Pediatric experience is preferred but not required
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
- Willingness to learn—we provide comprehensive paid training before patient assignment
