Future Consideration - Personal Insurance Customer Service Rep (Hybrid) - Remote
Ensure efficiency and accuracy in processing tasks, including manual declaration pages, downloaded policy transactions, department correspondence (mail, email, and faxes), and various endorsements (e.g., vehicle updates, mortgage changes).
Collaborate with insurance carriers and personnel, including underwriters, assistants, and marketing representatives, to provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with our carrier partners.
Support your team by stepping in as needed to back up other Service Advisors and Insurance Advisors, ensuring smooth and consistent workflows. What We're Looking For We're seeking a candidate with the following credentials, experience, and skills: Licensing: Active General Lines P&C license (Texas Department of Insurance).
Experience: At least two years in personal lines insurance is preferred. Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
A collaborative mindset and a willingness to thrive in a team environment.
