Your role will contribute directly to the success of the Personal Lines Department, helping to achieve its profitability goals while ensuring an outstanding client experience.

Key Responsibilities

As a Personal Insurance Service Advisor, you'll:

Build strong, trusting relationships with clients during critical moments, such as assisting with policy updates, billing inquiries, and claims consultation.
Ensure efficiency and accuracy in processing tasks, including manual declaration pages, downloaded policy transactions, department correspondence (mail, email, and faxes), and various endorsements (e.g., vehicle updates, mortgage changes).
Collaborate with insurance carriers and personnel, including underwriters, assistants, and marketing representatives, to provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with our carrier partners.
Support your team by stepping in as needed to back up other Service Advisors and Insurance Advisors, ensuring smooth and consistent workflows.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a candidate with the following credentials, experience, and skills:

Licensing: Active General Lines P&C license (Texas Department of Insurance).
Experience: At least two years in personal lines insurance is preferred.

Skills:

Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
A collaborative mindset and a willingness to thrive in a team environment.
