Project Manager (Structural Engineer)

We are hiring a Structural Engineer / Project Lead to support the continued growth of our Dallas office. This role is designed for an engineer who is ready to step into a leadership track — someone who can take ownership of projects, engage directly with clients, and contribute to high-quality structural design from concept through construction.

Our portfolio includes multifamily, mixed-use, commercial, and hospitality developments. You will work closely with architects, developers, and firm leadership in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where your input directly impacts project outcomes.

What You'll Own

• Lead structural engineering projects from initial design through construction administration
• Perform and oversee structural analysis, calculations, and design development
• Produce and review complete construction document packages
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure project alignment
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients and external stakeholders
• Mentor junior engineers (EITs) and technical staff
• Contribute to project delivery standards and support the growth of the Dallas office

Requirements

• 5–6+ years of structural engineering experience
• Demonstrated experience leading or managing projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering required
• Civil Engineering degree considered with strong structural experience

• PE license preferred; candidates actively pursuing licensure will be considered
• Proficiency with structural design software, AutoCAD, and Revit
• Strong communication skills with client-facing experience
• Experience in commercial, multifamily, or large-scale residential projects preferred
• Wood design experience is a plus
• Familiarity with the Texas market is a plus
• U.S. citizenship required
