Job Description

Our client is seeking detail-oriented Intake Support Specialists to join their growing team. This role is responsible for receiving, reviewing, and processing incoming case information while ensuring accuracy, meeting deadlines, and supporting efficient workflow operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong administrative, clerical, or healthcare support experience who enjoy working in a structured, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process incoming case documentation with a high level of accuracy
• Enter and verify information across multiple systems
• Organize and prioritize work to meet daily deadlines
• Maintain accurate records while following established procedures
• Communicate professionally with internal teams as needed
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative, clerical, or office support experience
• Strong data entry skills (40+ WPM preferred)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
• Comfortable working with multiple computer monitors
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Healthcare or insurance experience is a plus, but not required

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Location: Fully onsite in Schertz, TX
• Pay: $20–24/hour
• Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire
• Background check and drug screen required
• CMS clearance is required as part of the onboarding process.
