Senior Product Manager
Meds.com is a rapidly growing consumer technology firm operating a suite of healthcare businesses, including our flagship brand BlueChew. Our mission is to better patients' lives through innovative healthcare solutions. With a team of 300 professionals across various specialties, we've built scalable pharmacy, telemedicine, and e-commerce platforms using cutting-edge technology. As we continue our accelerated growth trajectory, we're launching new products to expand our patient base and accelerate growth. Join us in tackling exciting challenges at the intersection of healthcare and technology.
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own key areas of our product ecosystem and drive high-impact initiatives across user acquisition, onboarding, subscription flow, and post-purchase engagement. As a strategic individual contributor, you’ll have end-to-end autonomy over your domain and collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, marketing, and medical teams to deliver products that are both user-loved and business-critical.
This is an ideal role for a senior PM who wants to stay hands-on, drive outcomes at scale, and tackle meaningful challenges in digital health. We’re looking for someone who genuinely wants to work in the office, not just tolerates it.
What You'll Do
- Own the roadmap for a core area of the business (e.g. onboarding, checkout, renewals, async care flows, provider tools, or platform experiences)
- Identify and prioritize high-leverage problems that impact customer experience and business KPIs (e.g. LTV, churn, CAC, conversion)
- Collaborate deeply with cross-functional partners—engineering, design, data, marketing, ops, clinical, and legal—to launch scalable, compliant, and delightful features
- Drive execution from discovery to delivery with a bias toward experimentation, iteration, and speed
- Write clear specs and briefs that align teams around problems and outcomes, not just features
- Measure and communicate product performance using qualitative and quantitative inputs (e.g. Mixpanel, GA, surveys, user research)
- Mentor and model excellence for other PMs; contribute to product culture and systems across the org
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline required
- Minimum of 7+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of delivering high-impact products at scale, ideally in DTC, health tech, e-commerce, or subscription-based businesses
- Strong user empathy and a customer-first mindset; experienced in leveraging user research and insights to guide product strategy and improve user experience
- Solid business acumen with a deep understanding of acquisition, retention, unit economics, and the connection between product strategy and business performance
- Excellent problem-solving skills; able to deconstruct complex, ambiguous challenges into clear, actionable components
- Demonstrated ability to execute quickly and effectively, with a focus on iteration, quality, and impact
- 100% company-paid Medical, Dental, Vision premium coverage, plus Short-Term Disability and Life Insurance.
- 401K with company match
- Paid time off and company-paid holidays
- Enjoy free daily lunch
