Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the corporate finance team. This role is ideal for a proactive, analytical professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys partnering closely with the business. The Senior Financial Analyst will support financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and reporting to help drive informed decision-making and long-term profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial performance, identify key drivers, and quantify business impacts

• Build forecasts and models integrating cross-functional data and assumptions

• Perform root-cause analysis and develop actionable insights and recommendations

• Manage moderate to complex analytical projects involving ambiguous business issues

• Prepare and deliver timely financial reports, including monthly results, forecasts, quarterly bank reporting, and annual planning

• Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with strategic objectives

• Maintain a professional presence with internal and external stakeholders

• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field

• 3–5+ years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role

• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
