Customer Service Representative
Summary/Objective:
The Customer Service Representative is motivated to maintain customer satisfaction and contribute to company success. Be responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members within the National Accounts department.
Essential Functions:
- Provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests.
- Processes customer order/changes/returns/payments according to established department policies and procedures.
- Liaison between other departments to resolve customers concerns or issues.
- Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
- Partners with the sales team to meet and exceed customer’s service expectations.
- Answer customer calls, track trucks, take payments, place orders.
- Must have the ability to establish a good rapport with customers.
- Strong time management and prioritize skills.
- Must multitask to work under pressure.

Supervisory Responsibility:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, excel knowledge, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, time varies, overtime and weekends only during our busy seasons (tax time and back to school)
Travel:
No travel is expected for this position.
Required Education and Experience:
- High School graduate.
- Customer service experience.
- Computer experience.
