As a Client Service Manager , you’ll manage a portfolio of small group accounts, ensuring clients receive the best possible solutions and support. You’ll play a key role in client retention, satisfaction, and growth while working in a collaborative and supportive environment. How you'll make an impact- Manage a portfolio of small group accounts, ensuring their needs are met with care and precision.
- Build and strengthen relationships with clients by providing exceptional ongoing support.
- Lead the renewal process, delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Identify opportunities to grow revenue by offering additional services and coverage.
- Collaborate with the Production team to deliver high-quality, timely results.
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate their insurance and risk management needs.
- Contribute to client retention, satisfaction, and overall business success.
Required: Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience. Life & Health License required. Ability to travel up to 25% of the time. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Preferred: Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships. Solid financial acumen. Behaviors: Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortably engages others in consultative discussion. Effectively manages/balances multiple and sometimes competing priorities. Works in a self-directed manner.Compensation and benefits
We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
