Factory Hand needed to assist the Operations Supervisor with production and operational tasks at Aqualine Water Tanks and Pioneer Water Tanks America in Round Mountain, Texas.

Job Duties:

• Prepare and complete orders for pickup or delivery according to pick ticket and schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, and ship).
• Receive and process factory stock items.
• Operate and maintain factory vehicles and equipment, including but not limited to forklift, curver, and roll former.
• Work closely with the Operations Supervisor to perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping equipment, shelves, pallet area, shipping and work stations neat and organized.
• Stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (50 lbs. +) in an environment that is not climate-controlled.
• Comply with safety and organizational procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors, coworkers, and customers.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Texas driver’s license.
• Certified to operate a forklift.
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.
• Excellent teamwork, organization, planning, time management, and customer service skills.
• Committed to safety, accuracy, and quality.
