Career Insurance Opportunity: Commercial Management Role

At La Familia Auto Insurance , we're expanding our commercial division and looking for a motivated, hands-on Commercial Insurance Manager to lead the way. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the commercial insurance department.
• Grow and develop agents within the department.
• Monitor performance goals for the team, providing coaching and development as needed.
• Maintain strong relationships and stay current with product offerings.
• Manage client accounts, renewals, and escalated service issues to ensure high satisfaction.
• Identify new sales opportunities and contribute to business development initiatives.
• Track KPIs, prepare reports, and present performance updates to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as an independent commercial insurance agent or independent commercial broker, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of commercial lines products, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Active P&C insurance license required; commercial-specific certifications a plus.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and build successful teams.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
