TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT SUPERVISOR

Frazer, LTD
Houston, TX
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT SUPERVISOR Location Houston, TX (Gulfton area) : Are you the kind of person who sees a blank training plan and thinks, “Ooh, fun!” instead of “Ugh, work”? Do you come alive when you're in front of a room—or a webcam—getting people fired up to actually learn something (and maybe even enjoy it)? When you notice a skill gap, do you instinctively start sketching out a fix in your head before the meeting's even over? Do you move fast, talk fast, and think faster—but still care deeply about getting the details right and playing by the rules?
