Residential Wireman
- Oversee with the installation of electrical wiring in homes, including rough-ins, outlets, light fixtures, and breaker panels. Read blueprints and electrical diagrams to follow wiring plans.
- Troubleshoot each problem and guide customers on how to properly use equipment. Create reports of customer service calls. Make suggestions for equipment upgrades while maintaining the current inventory, including vans and trucks.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols as well as ensuring all work performed complies with safety standards and regulations.
- Serve as the license holder on certain jobs
- Current Texas Wireman License (required)
- Clean driving record (required)
- Pass a background and drug screening (required)
- OSHA 10 - Construction Certification (preferred)
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and safety protocols
- Ability to work independently and ensure compliance with regulations
- Ability to build strong relationships with the customer and display excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage your workflow in a timely and consistent manner
- Ability to lift to 55 pounds
- Computer skills including Microsoft office
$20-$25 hourly training and non commission rate, with a potential to earn $60,000-$120,000 in commission. Benefits after 90 day probationary period:
