We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Plumbing Administrative Coordinator to support the daily operations of our Plumbing Department. This role helps keep the team running smoothly by assisting with scheduling, customer communication, purchasing, permits, inventory, fleet coordination, and other administrative tasks.

What You'll Do

• Support customer communication and scheduling

• Assist with permits and compliance

• Order parts, truck stock, and shop inventory

• Process purchase orders, returns, and warranty claims

• Support backflow program administration

• Assist with fleet maintenance scheduling

• Provide backup dispatch support as needed

• Maintain accurate records and departmental documentation

• Support the Plumbing team with day-to-day operations and special projects

What We're Looking For

• Strong organization and multitasking skills

• Excellent communication and customer service

• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize

• Positive, team-oriented attitude

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems

• Home services, plumbing, or HVAC experience preferred

• ServiceTitan experience is a plus

Schedule

• Full-time, in-office position

• Monday through Friday
