What You’ll Be Doing (Besides Being Awesome):

• Running the full recruiting cycle like a boss - sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Writing job posts that don’t sound like every other one out there.
• Working closely with hiring managers (we promise, most of them are cool).
• Doing all the behind-the-scenes magic: background checks, I9s, E-Verify, drug screens - you know the drill.
• Keeping your candidate pipeline so full it makes your competitors nervous.
• Sharing market insights like the staffing wizard you are.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 3+ years in skilled trades or industrial recruiting - you’ve been in the trenches.
• A sixth sense for spotting top-tier talent.
• Strong interview and screening chops.
• You’re organized (like, you know where everything is… most of the time).
• Excellent communication - texting doesn’t count.
• Resume makeover skills that make candidates look as good on paper as they are in person.
• Bonus points if you know Avionté Bold.
• Microsoft Office? You’ve got it handled.
