NetSuite Admin
An industry leader in electrical apparatus service, repairs, engineering and sales is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented NetSuite Administrator to join their team. The NetSuite Administrator will be responsible for managing, configuring, and maintaining the NetSuite ERP platform to ensure it supports the evolving needs of their business. Admin will collaborate with different departments to provide ongoing support, optimize system performance, and implement solutions to improve business processes.
This position is not open to relocation, sponsorship, and selected candidate must be able to work 100% in office in Denton, TX.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage the NetSuite platform, including user setup, roles, permissions, and security settings.
- Configure and customize NetSuite modules (e.g., CRM, ERP, eCommerce, etc.) to meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, and KPIs for various departments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve NetSuite-related issues, providing ongoing support to end-users.
- Manage and optimize system integrations between NetSuite and other business systems.
- Monitor system performance and ensure data integrity through regular audits and data cleansing activities.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into NetSuite solutions.
- Manage system updates, including testing and deploying new features during NetSuite releases.
- Provide training and support to users, ensuring they understand and utilize NetSuite’s capabilities effectively.
- Document all system processes, configurations, and changes, and provide recommendations for system improvements and optimizations.
- Create user Work Instructions for custom NetSuite processes.
- Assist in development and coordination of custom NetSuite modules both internally and with external developers.
- Heavy involvement in integrating NetSuite with subsidiaries and provide ongoing support after integration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator ( preferred 3-5 years) or in a similar role with hands-on experience managing NetSuite.
- Strong knowledge of NetSuite functionality, including Advanced PDF, Custom Records, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and SuiteScript.
- Experience with NetSuite integrations, data migrations, and third-party applications.
- Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP modules, workflows, and business processes.
- Proficient in developing and managing saved searches, custom reports, and dashboards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- NetSuite Administrator Certification is a plus.
- Experience with third-party applications a plus, including Salesforce, CyberSource, Avalara, Abacus, and Celigo.
