- What You Bring

• Current Texas license (NP, PA, or RN)
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Responsible, professional, and self-motivated
• Strong communication and social skills
• Experience or strong interest in aesthetic and regenerative procedures (microneedling, IPL, RF, injectables, etc.)
• Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable managing your own marketing, schedule, and patient relationships

- Responsibilities

• Provide aesthetic consultations and treatments within your scope and delegation
• Educate patients about procedures, skincare, and post-care
• Manage your own appointments and patient communication
• Promote your services via social media and in-person events
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
• Ensure compliance with medical protocols and safety standards

Projected Total Compensation: $50.00 - $250.00 per hour
