Facility Coordinator â Customer Care (Commercial Real Estate)
Location: Plano, TX
Schedule: Hybrid (minimum 3 days onsite)
Hours: MondayâFriday, 8:00 AM â 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Pay: $22â$24 per hour
Role Overview
We are seeking a Facility Coordinator to support a national commercial real estate portfolio . This is a desk-based role ideal for someone interested in commercial real estate operations, facilities, and transactions. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset while supporting sites across the U.S.
Key Responsibilities
Support facilities operations for multiple commercial sites nationwide
Create, manage, and track work orders using a CMMS ( Corrigo experience is a major plus )
Coordinate with vendors, landlords, and internal stakeholders
Manage inspection reports and service follow-ups
Support site closures and real estate transactions, including walkthroughs and site turnovers
Track utilities and assist with reporting
Monitor storm and emergency events affecting sites
Ensure high-quality customer service and timely issue resolution
Identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows
Qualifications
Commercial real estate experience preferred
Facilities or financial background a plus
Undergraduate degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience
Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Drive (advanced skills a plus)
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
Strong communication skills with an outgoing, professional demeanor
