Develop evidence-based care plans with measurable goals
Document sessions in EMR and ensure compliance standards
Collaborate with trainers, nutritionists, and recovery specialists
Participate in mentorship and contribute to peer development
Schedule: Full-time, flexible hours with support for work-life balance Skills You Need Valid Physical Therapy license (or eligibility)
DPT from an accredited program
Interest or experience in ortho/sports rehab (OCS/SCS a plus)
Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
