- Oversee all aspects of project management, including pre-construction, budgeting, scheduling, staging, logistics, and reporting.
- Develop and implement project work plans, schedules, and budgets while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage all aspects of labor and material, ensuring all resources are efficiently utilized.
- Develop and implement safety and risk management procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
- Manage project permits, ensuring all necessary permissions are obtained and regulations are adhered to.
- Develop and implement phasing plans, effectively managing project stages and transitions.
- Oversee change management, ensuring project modifications are effectively communicated and implemented.
- Utilize viewpoint project management software to track project progress and generate regular progress reports.
- Resolve any project issues or disputes, ensuring all parties are satisfied with the project outcome.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the industrial construction sector.
- Well verses in ERP systems and Viewpoint software experience preferred
- Proven experience in managing large-scale industrial construction projects.
- Proficient in project management software, preferably Viewpoint.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, including pre-construction, budgeting, scheduling, and reporting.
- Demonstrated experience in managing labor and materials.
- Knowledge of construction safety and risk management.
- Experience in managing project permits and regulations.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective phasing plans.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve project issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- PMP certification is a plus.
