OverviewAt Gallagher, we’re committed to doing business the right way—The Gallagher Way. As a Senior Client Associate, you’ll take on a key role in supporting our clients and internal teams. You’ll help ensure smooth workflows, deliver exceptional service, and contribute to our shared success. How you'll make an impact- Support the branch’s workflow processes to keep operations running smoothly.
- Assist with creating documents, certificates, and reports using our systems and tools.
- Help the production team and client service function meet their goals.
- Contribute to client satisfaction and retention by delivering high-quality service.
- Follow timelines, data requirements, and process standards to ensure efficiency.
Required :
- High School diploma/equivalent plus 1 year directly applicable experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills.
- Appropriate licensing as required.
Preferred :
- Associate's degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience preferred.
- Previous experience managing client relationships.

Compensation and benefitsWe offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
