Part Time Manager (El Paso) Location El Paso, TX (Northeast area) :

We are looking for a sales-driven team member with an entrepreneurial mindset to assist in operating our amazing self-storage facility in El Paso, Texas. Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, renting storage units, promoting add-on sales, maintaining the facility's cleanliness and security, and handling administrative tasks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide information about available storage units, pricing, and services.
• Address customer inquiries, and concerns, and provide solutions promptly.

Sales and Marketing

• Deliver a compelling sales pitch that highlights the value proposition to close sales and achieve/exceed revenue targets.
• Upsell services/merchandise to customers.
• Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers including community outreach.

Leasing and Rental Transactions

• Process new rental agreements, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to company policies.
• Explain the terms and conditions of rental agreements to customers.
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs efficiently.

Payment Processing

• Handle customer payments, late fees, and other financial transactions accurately.
• Generate invoices and receipts as needed.
• Complete collection calls and maintain records of customer accounts and payments.

Administrative Duties

• Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist with general administrative tasks.
• Keep accurate records of customer information and interactions.
• Assist with data entry, filing, and other office-related tasks.

Facility Maintenance

• Perform routine inspections of the facility to ensure cleanliness and order.
• Report and address any maintenance issues promptly.
• Monitor and maintain security measures, such as surveillance systems and access controls.

Inventory Management

• Keep track of available storage units and update inventory records.
• Assist in organizing and optimizing storage space.
• Manage the sale of merchandise such as locks and packing and moving supplies.

Emergency Response

• Respond to emergencies or security incidents as needed.
• Follow established protocols for emergencies.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of sales experience required.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to traverse the facility, work outdoors, and in various weather conditions.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds at times.

Candidates being considered will be required to submit to a background check and driver's record check.

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
