Job Description
Job Description

The Training & Safety Supervisor is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining training programs and safety standards within Cavender’s Wilmer distribution facility. This role ensures all associates are properly trained on operational processes, equipment, and company policies while maintaining a safe, compliant, effective and efficient work environment. The Training & Safety Supervisor partners closely with Operations leadership to establish standardized procedures, deliver training programs, and promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement across the facility.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Embody the Cavender's Culture. Champion the Mission, Vision, Values, and Brand in every decision and interaction.

· Set people up to succeed. Lead onboarding and ongoing training that gets associates ready fast and keeps them performing at a high level.

· Maintain solid records. Maintain training documentation, certifications, and compliance records with the accuracy and discipline this operation depends on.
· Champion the culture of improvement. Build an environment where improvement and accountability are visible on the floor every single day.
· Connect the dots across the organization. Collaborate with HR and operations leadership to align training initiatives, support associate development, continuous improvement and stay ahead of compliance requirements.
