Talent Acquisition Specialist

LaSalle Network is hiring on behalf of a Fortune 500 manufacturing company based in Dallas,TX. Due to growth, they are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their talent team. This role is ideal for a proactive recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at sourcing hard-to-fill talent, and can build strong partnerships across operational and professional business functions.

This role will be responsible for full cycle recruiting across field leadership and corporate positions. The ideal candidate will bring industry knowledge from manufacturing, distribution, construction or a similiar industry. This position will start on a contractual basis with strong potential to convert permanently.

Talent Acquisition Specialist Responsibilities:

• Manage full lifecycle recruiting across a variety of operational and professional roles

• Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent needs and hiring priorities

• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, cold outreach, competitor mapping, Boolean/X-ray searches, and other creative sourcing techniques

• Build talent pipelines from scratch for critical and difficult-to-fill positions

• Drive candidate engagement throughout the recruiting process and deliver an exceptional candidate experience

• Develop strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates alike

• Support recruiting efforts across multiple business functions rather than a single niche specialty

• Maintain a high sense of urgency and ownership in a fast-moving environment

Talent Acquisition Specialist Qualifications:

• 7+ years of talent acquisition experience

• Industry experience in manufacturing, distribution, or construction services requires

• Proven experience hiring for field and corporate leadership positions across operations, supply chain, transportation, and corporate functions

• Skilled in Boolean/X-ray sourcing, LinkedIn recruiting, referral generation, and cold outreach strategies

• Dayforce experience preferred

• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and build recruiting processes/pipelines from the ground up

• Experience recruiting within operations, manufacturing, transportation, logistics, field leadership, supply chain, or distribution environments is highly preferred

• Recruiters whose experience is primarily focused on processing inbound applicants may not be the best fit for this role

Key Details:

• Compensation: $55-65 per hour

• Location: Remote, MUST be based in the Dallas area due to required on-site meetings
