About the Role:
Support a C-level executive with high-level administrative tasks. You’ll manage schedules, coordinate communications, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct support to senior executives to keep their functions running smoothly
Act as the first point of contact for internal teams and external partners
Draft and send communications on behalf of the executive
Manage complex calendars and prioritize tasks
Arrange all travel and handle expense reporting
Coordinate meetings and logistics
What You Bring:
8+ years supporting VP level or above
Expert in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and discretion
Ability to understand and manage company policies
