About the Role
As a Sales Closer, you'll focus on converting qualified opportunities into satisfied customers. You'll connect with prospects through phone and video appointments, uncover their needs, present tailored insurance solutions, and confidently guide them through the enrollment process.
Your success will come from your ability to build trust, communicate value, and help customers make informed decisions.
What You'll Do
Consultative Sales Conversations
Connect with warm leads provided by the team
Conduct professional phone and video appointments
Learn about customer needs, goals, and concerns
Present insurance solutions that align with their situation
Closing & Objection Handling
Address questions and concerns with confidence and professionalism
Navigate objections and help customers feel comfortable with their decisions
Guide prospects through the enrollment and policy selection process
Close sales while delivering an outstanding customer experience
Pipeline Management
Manage appointments, follow-ups, and opportunities effectively
Maintain accurate records within the CRM system
Ensure every prospect receives timely communication and follow-through
Track activity and progress toward sales goals
Team Collaboration
Work closely with team members to share best practices
Participate in coaching, training, and professional development
Contribute to a positive, high-performance office culture
