What You’ll Be Doing (Day to Day)

As a Handyman, you’ll perform a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks across residential and commercial properties, including:

• General repairs and maintenance (drywall, painting, minor carpentry)

• Basic plumbing and electrical repairs (fixtures, faucets, outlets, switches)

• Installing and repairing doors, locks, cabinets, and hardware

• Flooring repairs and minor installations

• Performing preventive maintenance to keep properties in good condition

• Responding to service requests and troubleshooting issues

• Estimating time and materials needed for each job

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional worksite

What We’re Looking For
