Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Nitrogen Service Sales professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and providing exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for sales and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Duties

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our offerings.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company goals.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to effectively position our products.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a nitrogen sales role or customer service environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor that fosters positive relationships.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• A results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets and exceeding expectations.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus but not mandatory.
• A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
