The Jennifer Haring Agency is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Account Manager to join our growing team in Fort Worth, Texas.

This position supports both Personal Lines and Commercial Lines insurance clients and plays a key role in customer retention, policy servicing, renewals, account management, and agency operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, enjoys helping clients, and wants to build a long-term career in the insurance industry.

This is not an entry-level customer service position. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, can manage multiple priorities, and is willing to support both personal and commercial insurance operations.

Mon-Fri Schedule

Manage policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and customer service requests

Assist clients with billing questions, coverage reviews, certificates, and policy documents

Process and track renewals according to agency timelines

Maintain accurate client records and agency documentation

Support both Personal Lines and Commercial Lines accounts

Identify cross-sell and account-rounding opportunities

Assist with retention efforts and client relationship management

Work with multiple carrier systems and agency management software

Collaborate with agency leadership to improve workflows and customer experience

Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Active Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License REQUIRED

Fluent in both English and Spanish REQUIRED

Minimum 2 years insurance agency experience REQUIRED

Experience servicing Personal Lines or Commercial Lines accounts, including endorsements, renewals, policy changes, certificates, and customer service requests REQUIRED.

Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned accounts

Willingness to support both Personal and Commercial Lines clients
