Joe's Burger Supervisor
We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and customer-focused Supervisor to join our team at Joe's Burger. The Supervisor will assist with the day-to-day operation of the stand, provide excellent customer service, support team members, and help ensure a positive experience for all guests.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support team members during daily operations
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally
- Assist with opening, closing, and cash-handling procedures
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Prepare and serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- Monitor food quality and ensure food safety standards are followed
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and adequate inventory levels
- Train and assist employees as needed
- Work closely with management to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Previous food service, retail, or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and cash-handling skills
- Ability to work well with a team and lead by example
- Willingness to work weekends and flexible schedules
- Ability to obtain a Food Handler's Certificate and/or TABC Certification
Compensation:
Starting pay is $12.00 per hour , with higher pay available based on experience and qualifications.
