K&H Truckweld is seeking a

CNC PRESS BRAKE/SHEAR OPERATOR

HOURLY WAGE - DOE

Required Skillset:

Must be able to decipher various steel gauges and plate thicknesses.

Ability to read tape measure, calipers, micrometer, and blueprints.

Work with overhead crane and familiarity with rigging of materials.

Experience with HURCO back gauge and/or PC controller.

Ability to make bend calculations and be well-versed in various grade materials.

Proficient in set-up of tools (not longer than but up to 12 ft.)

Detail-oriented and able to perform all quality checks.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of machines, dies and work area.

Handle machine and tooling in accordance with safe manufacturing practices.

Ability to perform required checks and make programming changes to produce parts to specs.

Check-in and out of jobs to make efficient use of work time to meet production deadlines.

Perform required and routine maintenance of machinery.

Ability to frequently lift 50 lbs.

Must be able to work as part of a team and take individual initiative to complete assignments.

Experience Required:

2+ years of CNC press brake and CNC shear operation (experience with AR 450/AR 500 is a plus).

Forklift and overhead crane operation

MUST have air bending experience
