Director Pharmacy Financial/Analytics & 340B Compliance - Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all functions performed by your team are completed with precision and accuracy.
  • Oversee timely processing of data feeds for intelligence applications.
  • Provide critical analysis inputs to support informed decision-making.
  • Present comprehensive reports to executive leadership with clarity and insight.
  • Champion compliance with Legacy's Mission and Vision in every task.
  • Define and maintain business strategy and processes, including regular audits.
  • Coordinate the creation and review of financial pro-formas.
  • Supervise direct reports, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
  • Manage the department's budget with a strategic approach.
  • Contribute to company-wide initiatives with your expertise and enthusiasm.
  • Embrace other duties as assigned, always seeking to add value.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
  • Master’s degree in business administration (MBA) or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance with high concentration in financial analysis and senior management presentation support in Pharmacy Administration
  • Experience with large database applications and relational database reporting tools
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong knowledge of financial analysis and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced knowledge of Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Power BI, and Epic.
